Interest rates remain low and there are many great buying opportunities out there in the Chattanooga area.  November home sales did dip slightly a 7.1% decrease from October, Chattanooga November Home Sales Report but an improvement over 2007 and 2008.  We remain optimistic as we look towards 2010, with a tax credit extension through June 2010 and the credit now including "move up" buyers the market will be interesting and we say bring it on!!!
