The 8th annual Great Strides Walk and Fun Run to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. this Sunday, April 22, at Greenway Farms in Hixson. Registration begins at 1 p.m.; walk/fun run at 2 p.m. There will be prizes, a silent auction, a kids corner, great music and food after the walk. Robinson Real Estate will be out in full force with our team of walkers again this year. We have been long time supporters of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's search for a cure and their mission is very near and dear to us. We have a special place in our heart for Mary Alice Lane, who is our team member Mike Lane's daughter. She was diagnosed with Cf as an infant and although you would never know it fom her sweet smile and cheery disposition it is something that she battles everyday. Mike and Bridget Lane, many other families in the area with children living with CF and all those in the community that continually support their cause have been an integral part of growing the Chattanooga area chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  Each year our wonderfully philanthropic community brings children like Mary Alice Lane closer to seeing a cure for this disease in thier lifetime. The CFF really is an amazing foundation and there will be an incredible group of people enjoying a wonderful event  in this years Great Strides Walk on Sunday and we encourage you to come out and join us!  Feel free to call us at Robinson Real Estate 423-643-4000 fwith questions or for more details about the event.  To register online visit http://greatstrides.cff.org, select the "Tennessee Chapter," then choose Chattanooga, or contact Tiffany Kerns at      255-1167.  And check out the short video below for an interview with our very own Mike Lane giving more detail about the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the mission and the Great Strides event...

Real Estate Broker Puts President Obama In The Hot Seat

by Jay Robinson

Recently one of our fellow industry leaders, a successful real estate broker in an Illinois town outside of Chicago, put President Obama in the hot seat.
