Tarah especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers, renters ready to become homeowners, and clients relocating to Chattanooga. Through buyer education, workshops, and one-on-one guidance, she helps make the path to homeownership feel clear and approachable.

As the founder of Girls of Chattanooga, Tarah has also built a strong community network centered around connection, local businesses, events, and helping women feel at home in the city. That community involvement gives her relocation clients an added resource as they not only search for a home, but begin building a life in Chattanooga.
